A local golf club required funding to invest in an advanced irrigation system ahead of the 2025 golf season.

A golf course required funding to invest in a new irrigation system to improve the property for the 2025 golfing season. The equipment, which includes pipework, sprinklers, sensors and a management module, was crucial for maintaining the condition of the course.

The client approached MAF Finance Group after being recommended to us by an existing customer, looking for an effective way to finance the £300,000 investment while maintaining healthy cash flow.

Using our extensive network of funders, we arranged a Hire Purchase facility for the full £300,000, with a 5% deposit upfront and the option to defer the VAT for 3 months.

The facility was structured over 7 years, providing a long-term repayment profile that kept the monthly payments manageable and allowed the client to fund the project without impacting day-to-day operations.

The client was very satisfied with the outcome, as the funding enabled them to secure the necessary equipment, keep the project on schedule with contractors, and maintain financial flexibility for future growth and investment opportunities.
