Development is also key, and we strive to help those that work at MAF improve in any way they want to. We often have employees being put through additional qualifications or following comprehensive development plans to increase their knowledge.
And it’s safe to say – we work hard, we play hard. We’re all impartial to a team night out, or enjoy the newest in-house MAF event – it could be mini-golf, it could be poker, it could even be axe-throwing!
