£120K unsecured loan for a coach business

A coach business wanted to put a deposit down on a new building and needed an unsecured loan to secure the opportunity.

The long standing existing customer of MAF came to us to secure a £120K unsecured loan to  place a 10% deposit down on the purchase of a new building for their business. 

The challenge with the deal was that the client came to us on a Wednesday afternoon and needed the money by Friday. 

Due to our strong relationships with our panel of funders, we were able to get the deal approved the same day and increase the unsecured loan amount further on the Thursday after negotiations with the funder. 

The documentation for the unsecured loan were signed on the Friday morning and the funds were released by 3pm to allow the customer to aid the ever-growing company. 

The client was more than thrilled with the speed and accuracy that we have shown to get this deal paid-out in less than 48 hours.
