£258K unsecured loan for a children's nursery

A children's nursery wanted to purchase a new building and needed an unsecured loan to help with the purchase.

The long standing existing customer of MAF came to us to secure a £258K unsecure loan to purchase a new building which would expand their business. 

The customer needed to purchase a new building as they were turning away new clients, which lead to the need for more business capital.

Due to our strong relationships with our panel of funders, we were able to split the deal between two funders with one £208,750 business loan and then gaining an additional £50k from another funder to allow the customer to purchase the building.

The client was happy with the two unsecured loans which allowed their business to grow and help more clients.
