A Derbyshire-based horticultural services business was referred to us as they were looking to acquire a new business.

The company had been trading since 2002 and provided plant displays, landscaping, grounds maintenance and green walls throughout Derbyshire.

The acquisition required a facility of £1.75m for a business based in Manchester.

Acquiring the business would provide an opportunity for expansion and meant that business could operate in a new area.

The customer was extremely pleased after we arranged the deal with one of our funders and were happy that they could continue to grow their family business after nearly 20 years.
