A 70 bed care facility wanted finance to develop their facilities and property.

To gain access to the funding we arranged the refinance of existing group care homes and development of new 70 bed mental health facility in Nottinghamshire.

MAF secured multiple offers of funding and assisting the client in selecting the right banking partner.

Following site visits the client selected a leading high street bank on basis of the relationship team and flexibility of the funding package.

A £10.55m facility was agreed and we assisted with the process of dealing with the legal and pre construction process to ensure the project was delivered.
