£3.9m refinance and acquisition for a care home operator

A care home operator was looking to acquire their fifth care home.

Our dedicated Healthcare team were introduced to an experienced care home operator who was looking to expand their operations and acquire their fifth care home. They wanted to ensure that they got the best finance package to help their business expand in a way minimised the financial impact to the business.

Given their long history in the industry and existing properties we put together a full proposal and application to funders within our extensive panel that we knew would be able to offer exclusive rates. 

Having reviewed the existing homes and the target business we were able to put together a refinance and acquisition package of £3.9m to complete the purchase of the new unit.

During the process, we liaised with our portfolio of healthcare funders and presented the client with a number of options to consider.

With the bank selected and funding in place, we then worked closely with the client, professional team and the bank to ensure the deal was completed on time.
