Funding 24 office units

A site welfare business wanted to finance 24 brand new office units to rent out.

The client was new to MAF and wanted to finance new office units to rent out to be used for temporary offices/classrooms.

We quickly found a funder that would provide finance for the usual asset and then arranged a £185K hire purchase agreement which was structured as 10% deposit over 4-years term which was 12 months longer then other funders that quoted the business.

The client was happy with the structure of the deal and subsequently we are funding over £257K of the same assets in the near future.
