Placed with a specialist funder, we managed to arrange a  £60,000 asset refinance deal over 5 years term which was 90% of the asset valuations as cash back into the clients business. 

We worked with the funder to get the best valuation, rate and facility for the client.

The client was happy with the deal structure and can now keep using their kit rather than sell it to raise funds.
