We arrange funding for a development exit loan

A Lincolnshire-based property developer contacted us to arrange finance to exit a development project for unsold properties on their site.

The customer was an exisiting client of MAF Finance Group that has been working with us for a number of years.

The client wanted to raise a development exit loan against unsold properties due to the project being slow-moving.

We arranged funding for £884,000 which was 70% of the gross value of the project. This was used to repay the outstanding development loan and help them purchase the next two plots of land to be developed on.

The customer was very happy with the transaction and are looking to finance two more property developments with us, which will commence in 2024.
