We arrange funding for a new racking project...

A London-based wholesale company contacted us to arrange finance on a new racking project for their warehouses.

The customer needed new racking for one of their warehouses that arranged good to go from amazon warehouses to customers homes but now has their own warehouse to sell direct.

The deal required staged payments, before delivery of goods, during installation and then finally, the last 10% when the client had signed off the project.

The overall deal was £150K project structured over a 3-year term with capped limited guarantees which the pleased the customer.
